Throughout his career, he has responded to hundreds of calls in residential care settings, gaining firsthand insight into the critical importance of attentive, high-quality support. Witnessing both exceptional care and preventable shortcomings inspired James to help create Heroes Group Home. His commitment to safety, accountability, and compassionate service drives his mission to ensure every resident is treated with dignity and respect. 

 Alex Chase serves as a Hillsborough County Firefighter and brings extensive emergency medical experience to Heroes Group Home. After nearly a decade of responding to emergencies in group homes and care facilities, Alex recognized the need for a higher standard of care and oversight. He co-founded Heroes Group Home to provide families with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are in a secure, supportive, and professionally managed environment. His leadership is rooted in integrity, preparedness, and genuine compassion.
